B. Push Jerk @ 115lb, AMRAP (-3) x 3 sets, 60 sec (rest 10 min after last set)
C. OHS @ 95lbs, AMRAP (-3) x 3 sets, 60 sec
A. Completed, a little more tiring than I expected but liked this a lot

C. 15, 14, 14
PM - Swimming MAP
Swim 50 meters every 2 minutes for 30 minutes
