Single leg bounding felt good. I out jumped the area i set up for measurement by quite a bit which was 26 feet. Completed all jumps.

not feeling "on" today, best was 22 feet and 4 inches, worst was 19 feet 6 in

either the rower i chose sucked, or the damper at 7 was really tough. Best set was 138m and worst set was 135m
