C. 15 reps each set; sets 1 and 2 were not much of a grind, but set 3 was a little more challenging to get 15 overhead.
notes: really liked a & b. The format allowed me to practice and repeat the lifts with appropriate weight. I did the best split jerks I've ever done on all my sets today, feeling good with the oly lifts.
