AM - CP tester
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
1 DL @ 265lb
10 ft Handstand Walk
3 Muscle-ups
10 ft Handstand Walk
8 rds + 1 DL
wanted closer to 10 rounds but this was tough and very tiring. DL affected my core for the hswalk just as the MU's affected my shoulders for the hswalk. A fair amount of the hswalks were unbroken and felt great, but the ones that were not unbroken were really tough and my shoulders and/or core would just give out.
PM - MAP Running on flat
5 x Run 3 minutes @ 90% Max HR, 5 min walk b/t
Completed. i did this on a flat paved trail so i didn't measure the distance, definitely tough! Plus my calves are still so sore from all the DU's Tuesday night, felt the soreness in everything yesterday as well as in today's run.
