AM - MAP Muscles
15 minutes of work @ moderate pace/effort:
15 OHS @ 45lb
12 Chin-ups
Airdyne 1 min
6 rounds + 27 reps
--15 min recovery
15 minutes of work @ moderate pace/effort:
Run 400m
10 unbroken Toes to Bar
10 Shoulder to Overhead @ 95lb
5 rounds

pull ups in the first amrap were killing my hands, they felt like they were going to rip any minute. It slowed me down quite a bit because I did not do any of the sets unbroken. Switched bars for the second amrap and my hands felt fine. 10 t2b unbroken easy each round, thought it was going to be tougher, although I came off the bar really winded because I am still trying to figure out how to get air during these.

Coming along. Getting more comfortable, trying to learn how to breathe. In the freestyle stroke I have a tough time keeping my hips from sinking, so I am still trying to work on that. Maybe I will try warming up with a kickboard next time to see how that will transfer.
