AM - CP Tester 
Event # 3 from Regionals (run 200ft each time - 100ft turn arounds)
Took this as an opportunity to run through it with my partner since I will be doing this for my team. We set it up to mimic what the competition will be like and had a judge. Our time was 6:43. I went way too fast on the first set not realizing that my "rests" are hardly rests. First set was solid, second set is what killed me, I failed 3 times mostly poor form (not keeping it in the middle) the last set went okay but I paced it out. With a little more practice I am confident we could get in the low 5 minutes. I have played around with the 70# DB a few times but never while I was fatigued. This was ALL legs, crazy! my quads were killing me, but I know I can handle the 70lb no problem and next time I do this I will know what to expect and how I will feel. Would love another work out with the 70lb DB before regionals just to get more familiar with the movement

I couldn't resist the temptation to head to the beach today. Beautiful day, it was nice to get out and enjoy a Saturday afternoon.
