DB Snatches: 38 reps
Pistols: 107 reps
All reps altnerating for both exercises.
DB Snatches felt good and appropriately paced. Focused on body positioning and keeping the DB close to my midline which made it seem a lot lighter. Good to have another training session with this DB, I feel more comfortable each time.
