Diane PR


AM - Oly intense + Oly capacity + DL volume + CP tester
A. Snatch, build to 150lb for a single
B. Snatch Pull @ 115% RM, 1 rep x 5 sets, 2 min
C. "Diane"
A. Completed easy. Warmed up to 113# then on the minute did 123#, 143#, 150#
B. Completed @ 183# felt good
C. 2:32 PR felt great. video below. My hands are inside "regional" standards. My legs seem to stay within the area on all the reps, although it seems like a close call on a few, also my last rep may be somewhat questionable as my feet may have come off before a complete lock out. Standards for each of these work outs are always changing, last year it was 25# plates with an abmat, so as far as I'm concerned 2:32 is a valid time for me and my new PR. Excited!

PM - Running MAP
Run 1k @ 80%,85%,90% efforts/heart rates, rest 3 min b/t sets
Paced off efforts, can't find my HR monitor at the moment.
