AM - MAP Muscles For time: 
15 Overhead Squats @ 95lb
15 Chin-ups
15 Shoulder to Overhead - 95lb
15 Front Squats @ 95lb
15 Chin-ups
15 Shoulder to Overhead
15 Back Squats @ 95lb
15 Chin-ups
15 Shoulder to Overhead @ 95lb
*Everything must be done unbroken (resting with the bar on your back during the Back Squat is not permitted, nor is resting the bar anywhere but the front rack in the shoulder to Overhead)
9:57 Shoulder to OH were very tough for me on sets 2 and 3. Squats and chin ups were manageable. 

 PM  20-30 minutes of Swim tech work - keep intensity low, practice different strokes
