OHS PR

AM - Oly intense + Oly capacity + DL volume + Upper body tester
A. OHS, build to a 1RM
B. Power Snatch, 1 rep every 30 sec for 10 mins - start @ 115lb, add slowly
C. DL @ 30X0, 8-10 reps x 3 sets, 5 min
D. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 rep rds for time:
unbroken C2B Chin-ups
unbroken HSPU
A. 185# PR (+5#) I thought this was 175# so I didn't get it on film but once I counted it, I realized it was 185#. Stoked on this, my OHS is limited by what I can rack jerk+stabilize over my head. I tried to get 188# and I could rack jerk it but I couldn't hold it overhead for long enough to squat.
B. 115#, 115#, 115#, 118#, 118#, 120#, 120#, 123#, 123#, 125#, 125#, 125#, 128#, 128#, 130#, 130#, 130#, 130#, 130# f), 130# (f)
C. 150# (10), 160# (10), 170# (9) Had no idea where to start on here, maybe could have gone heavier but I had no idea. Used clean/hook grip without straps. 
D. 7:17 all HSPU Strict

PM - Running MAP
8 x Run 400m @ 80% effort/walk 1 min
Didn't have a watch to time the runs but everything felt good and consistent. Recovery felt good too
