Finally feeling a bit looser today. I have been pretty sore all week starting with the 135# x 15 back squats. The ring dips the other day destroyed me, I have never been so sore in my chest, today is the first day I feel like I can sit with better posture and not be in pain. My arms were also sore today from the c2b yesterday. Legs felt pretty loaded after the AM session today, but I am feeling better now after the MAP airdyning.
AM - CrossFit tester
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
10 Hang Squat Clean - 85lb
10 Push-up Burpees
6 rounds + 7 hang squat cleans
Breathing felt good throughout, limited by my legs. They were dead. First 2 sets of hang squat cleans were unbroken then settled into 5/5 until the last with 7 reps I did 4/3
PM - Airdyne MAP
10 x 1 min Airdyne @ 50%/1 min Airdyne @ 80%
