HSPU - all kipping reps
A. 123#, 128#, 133#, 140# Felt good here, maybe should have started heavier but ending at 140# seemed good for 2 reps
B. 150#, 153#, 155#, 158# the clustered reps were tng and felt awesome. I felt really powerful here today.
C. Completed, wow that was hard
D. 10:47, L pullups were in sets of 2's and 1' and the "L" position wasn't perfect. HSPU were all kipping and easy, broke the set of 9 at rep 8 because I lost my balance other than they they were unbroken.
