Everything unbroken. Sub 9 was my goal. Everything felt pretty aerobic until the 3rd set, which was tough. The 3rd 400m was the toughest part my legs started to feel the KBS and my breathing was no longer feeling controlled. Managed to keep the 3rd set of KBS unbroken and recovered during these to finish with the final set of pull ups unbroken. Happy it was sub 9 and happy it was unbroken, now I know next time it will be all about the runs. Previous time on this work out was about 2 years ago and I want to say something like 11.5 mins haha, I definitely broke those pull ups and probably the KBS, and I probably ran like a grandma.
