A. Push Press, build to a 1RM
B. Power Clean Cluster, 5.5 x 4 sets, 4 min - do touch n go reps for the clustered reps
C. Back Squat @ 20X1, 12 reps @ 145lb x 3 sets, 4 min
D. For time (this is going to be frustrating):
Muscle-ups - 5,4,3,2,1
Bench Press @ 100lb - 7,7,7,7,7
A. 145#
B. 135#, 138#, 140#, 145# Actually felt better in the later sets than the earlier sets
C. Completed Not as tough as 135#x15 was last week but still tough
D. 10:21 No failed MU's, the turn over was always quick but the dips were affected by the bench presses. set of 5 MU's 3/2 then everything else was singles. Bench press first set unbroken, then 3/2/2 until the last set where I failed a rep and dropped to all doubles.
The Most frustrating part of today was the push press. I have good power off my legs and bar positioning is fine but my shoulders just give out.
