I've been sick for a few days. Finally got back into the gym today, still not feeling great but I feel better. I haven't left my house since Tuesday so I was definitely feeling a little slower/weaker than usual today.

Pull ups felt slow on these sets. Need to tighten up my back a bit more on the snatches. Video Below
