Tuesday - Oly intense + Oly capacity + Back Squat volume + Upper Body tester
A. Hang Power Clean, build to a 1 RM
B. Power Clean into Push Press Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 5 min - drop each rep, fast transition from receiving bar on rack into press overhead
C. Back Squat @ 20X1, 8 reps @ 165lb x 5 sets, 4 min
D. "Diane"
A. 180# (pr)
B. 128#, 135#, 140# felt great and really quick transition off my shoulders

Disappointed in my Diane time. I had been working out for over an hour and a half by this time and was getting worn out. All deadlifts unbroken and easy, kipping HSPU felt great in warm up but I felt like crap during Diane. I missed a bunch of reps because I was not in control/against the wall. I thought I would get more like 3:30. Frustrating, but looking at the extensive list of things I did before I can't be too upset. I have done Diane with all strict HSPU in 5:52 about a year ago, so this is an improvement but not quite the time I wanted.
