A. Squat Clean and SPlit Jerk Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 7 min
B. Hang Power Snatch. Power Snatch. Squat Snatch, 1.1.1 x 3 sets, 7 min
C. 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 rep rds for time:
Muscle-ups
135 lbs Front Squat - taken from floor
A. 155#, 160# solid, 165# (failed the jerk on rep 2, 4, 5)
B. 125#, 130#, 135# (failed hang power, completed the rest)
FINALLY catching at parallel and getting UNDER it. Felt good.
C. 10:57 Felt good, failed 1 dip on the MU round of 3. Slowed me down a bit but felt good. Shooting for sub 12. Strung MU's together easily but dropped to singles in the later sets to avoid any fails. Squats felt heavy but were all unbroken.
