Felt good here, these Z1 runs are a good way to ease my mind. Handstand walks went well today. I did 28 feet straight for 3 sets, and the other sets were a bit shorter. I feel more confident with hand stand walks and I am definitely in more control now too.

9 box jumps - 24"
10 rounds + 5 ring dips
All ring dips unbroken.
