190# Power Clean

A. Power Clean, build to 1RM
B. Front Squat, build to 1RM
C. OHS @ 115lb, AMRAP x 3 sets, 5 min
A. 190# (+7# PR)
B. 193#

*Happy with a power clean PR, but couldn't squat for my life today. The power clean did zap a lot of energy instantly out of me, it was weird. Felt pretty drained after.
*193# front squat was super easy and solid, jumped to 203# and couldn't do it, same thing as always... I get out of the bottom and get to at least parallel (maybe even a bit above) and cannot generate the strength to stand. Dropped the weight down to 198# and failed there 2 times. Frustrating and disappointing.
*OHS killed were limited by shoulders.
