All chin ups unbroken and butterfly, felt smooth and efficient here. 
BJ's were consistent but still slow and painful, legs felt heavy.

  2. Thank you, Fraser. I just watched your video of this. Looks like we had the same general pace for box jumps. My arms are a bit shorter than yours so pullups were a bit quicker and unbroken. Good job to you too. Good to see some other scores for this work out. I'll start checking your blog from here on out to see what you're up to!
