RESULTS
AM
Run, stretching and airdyne all felt good. Felt a little out of practice on the HSWalk but was still able to walk about 10m at a time a few different times. Practiced getting into a better body position, which I learned this past weekend. I really focused on tight butt, and was immediately in a better position.

Felt good all the way through the 5th round then fell off pace, I think it was mental because one second I was fine then the next I felt like I was trying to "hang on". I thought I would for sure get sub 10 min. Damn.
As you can see in the video, my space gets a little cluttered in the later rounds, as one of the gym's classes was beginning. Proper gym etiquette is something I really value, and probably one of my biggest pet peeves is when people get in my way or talk to me during a work out like "are you using this kettlebell"... yes I am, obviously. I know it's no one's intention to get in the way, but I wish people were a bit more aware.
