C. 10 sets ALL OUT:
1 Muscle-up + 4 Ring Dips
10 Pistols
2 min rest
D. Airdyne 10 min @ tough/sweaty effort

A. 225# (tied PR from last spring +10# from Construction Series #1)
B. Completed with ease
C. Completed & felt great. Slowest round was :23 and fastest was :19
