19 units for Fall 2011 are DONE! Finished up today with two exams, both I think went well! Onto a month free from academics and filled with training.
Today I did some interval work, very challenging. Tomorrow I will do some running and mobility work, Saturday I will rest and Sunday will be the next OPT online competition.
