Happy to get those unbroken, butterfly pullups were a bit out of control today, i get too excited when i don't have to do c2b.After the first set of intervals I had a nasty cough and my forearms were cramping like crazy! I didn't think my forearms/grip would recover in 20 minutes for the rows, but they did in the later half. Definitely felt like my grip was fatigued during the rows.
