TRAINING:
3 sets:

6 touch n go clean and jerk - 115lb
Run 90 sec @ 85%
Rest 2 min
All runs 400m

3 sets:

9 hang power clean - 115lb
Row 90 sec @ 85%
Rest 2 min
390m (1:55.4 ave), 386m (1:56.5 ave), 380m (158.4 ave)

5 sets @ 80%:

5 Wall Climbs
10 toes to bar
10/leg pistols
60 sec rest
Wall climbs are tough to breathe on, but strong/flexible shoulders make the movement manageable, t2b were 6/4 till the last set where i did 5/3/2 because my hand was close to ripping, pistols went went fine too.
