TRAINING:
A. SPlit Jerk, 1 tough rep x 5 sets, 3 min
B. Push Press @ 21X1, 3-2-1, 3 min
C. As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
3 unbroken Ring Dips + 15lbs - no kip
3 unbroken Chin-ups + 15lbs - no kip
D1. RIng Rows @ 20X0, 15-20 reps x 3 sets, 60 sec
D2. Ring Push-ups @ 20X0, 10-15 reps x 3 sets, 60 sec
RESULTS:
A. 165#, 170#, 175#, 180#, 185# PR! woohoo (previous PR was 175#)
B. 125#, 130#, 140# (140# flew up)
C. 5 Rounds + 3 ub Dips, failed the 3rd UB pullup
D1. 15, 10, 15 (first two sets feet were elevated on a box, the last set feet were on floor)
D2. 15, 12, 10
*Stoked on the split Jerk PR!!
*Part D was killer. I definitely underestimated the difficulty of ring rows.
