Saturday Week 4

TRAINING:
A. Back Squat @ 30X1, 3-2-1-1-1, 5 min
B. GH Raises @ 20X0, 4-6 reps x 3 sets, 2 min
C. DB Split Squats @ 30X0, 4-6/arm x 3 sets, 60 sec b/t legs
D. Barbell Russian Step-ups @ 1110 - 20", 8/leg x 3 sets, 60 sec b/t legs
RESULTS:
A. 185#, 195#, 205#, 210#, 215#
B. 30# (6), 35# (5), 40# (4)
C. 50# (6), 55# (5), 60# (4)
D. 85#, 90#, 95#

Everything felt good today. In addition to my legs feeling stronger, my core is feeling much more solid throughout all these movements which has definitely helped me successfully gain leg strength.

I set a few goals for myself back in July to achieve before Dec 7
1. Squat Clean 200#
2. Power Clean 175# (Completed in July, current PR 183#)
3. Jerk 185# (Completed Thurs, Nov 3)
4. Snatch 150# (Aug 20... 69 kg, snatched 150# many times since)
I am feeling confident that I will fulfill these goals in time, with the only one left being a 200# clean, the limiting factor being my squat strength which is only getting better!
