*Squats didn't feel too strong today, really fought for the second rep after the bounce and was above parallel but I just couldn't push through to stand up on sets 2 & 3. Felt good on 175# but 180# was exponentially harder and my back rounded quite a bit.
*Snatches felt good overall. Pos 1 I jump forward quite a bit, but Pos 2 looks more solid and Pos 3 is okay.
*In warm up I triple jumped the furthest so I definitely think the snatches had an impact on my results.
*KB swings felt fine
