A2. All unbroken, reps 1 through 10 were quick, 11 through 15 slowed down but managed to stay unbroken. I think my best c2b is 16 or 17 reps which I know I can beat now, so 3 sets of 15 ub was cool for today.
B1. 22 (tie pr), 17, 17 (all strict)
B2. Unbroken & fast
C. 7, 7, 5

Ran 3000m in a little under 30 min, ran with Brian Dean so my HR was a bit higher than 150
