B2. Box Jump, 3 tough reps x 4 sets, 4 min - step down each rep
C. KBS - 32kg, 10 unbroken x 5 sets for time
PM
Run 30 min @ 140-150 beats per minute
RESULTS:

A. 180#, 190#, 195# PR (even @ tempo!)
B1. 145#, 150#, 155#, 160# (160# is a hang power clean PR)

*First 2 sets the KB seemed more vertical, last few sets not so much, felt fine focused on breathing but felt like I lost my "pop" during the 4th and 5th set.
