TRAINING:
as many rounds in 15 minutes:
3 power snatch - 155#/105#
6 OHS - 155#/105#
9 CTB chin ups
RESULTS:
7 rounds even
Notes
*power snatches, 1 and 2 as singles, rest then 3rd ps right into 6 ub ohs every round, which got tough.
*Pullups in sets of 3's for the most part, sometimes would do 4/3/2.
*Tough work out but tried to control my breathing throughout which seemed to help especially after the ohs when my heart rate was highest. Felt controlled throughout the work out but slowed down by the pull-ups as grip seemed to be a limiting factor.
