TRAINING:
A. Behind Neck Split Jerk, 3 x 3 sets, 3-4 min
B1. Push Jerk - 1 sec pause @ shoulder, 3-2-1, 10 sec
B2. Chest to Bar Chin-ups, AMRAP (-3) x 3 sets, 5 min
C1. Ring Dips - no tempo - kip, AMRAP x 3 sets, 10 sec
C2. Toes to Bar, 12 reps x 3 sets, 10 sec
C3. GH Sit-ups, 20 x 3 sets, 3 min
RESULTS:
A. 160#, 165#, 170# (2) *Splits were pretty pathetic, definitely need a bigger split if I want to get more weight up! Starting to work a bigger split from the front rack but now I need to get more familiar with the behind the neck rack.
B1. 145# (3), 150# (2), 165# (PR tie) the one second pause at the shoulder was tricky, forced me to be ready to go right away, but starting to feel more confident with the push jerk, it used to be by far my worst lift.
B2. 12, 12, 9 (felt weak on these today)
C1. 16, 12, 11 (was really hoping for 20 on the first set)
C2. UB, UB, 7/5
C3. UB all sets
