Today starts my 3rd week of my programming from Michael. So far things have been going well. I am feeling stronger and motivated to hit my work outs each day. I get tired and I get sore, but I don't feel quite as beat up as I have in the past. The other day I weighed myself at 135# which is the lightest I've been in a while and I am still getting stronger. Being just even 3 to 5 pounds lighter has made a big difference in body weight movements, although it could be that I am stronger now too. I feel solid, my diets been good and I am seeing improvement each week, which is really cool because I always seem to beat myself up if I don't feel like I'm progressing.
TRAINING:
A. Back Squat @ 30X1, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 4 min
B. GH Raises @ 20X0, 4-6 reps x 4 sets, 2 min
C. DB Split Squats @ 30X0, 4-6/arm x 3 sets, 60 sec b/t legs
D. Barbell Russian Step-ups @ 1110 - 20", 8-10/leg x 3 sets, 60 sec b/t legs
RESULTS:
A. 175# (3), 185# (3), 190# (3), 195# (2), 200# (2)
B. 25# (6), 30# (5), 35# (4), 40# (4) *Last set here was a little sloppy. Felt like my butt came up way before my back whereas the other sets I felt like my body was more planked
C. 50# (6), 53# KB (4), 55# (4)
D. 70# (10), 80# (10), 85# (9) * Felt good on these today
