TRAINING:
A. Power Snatch x 1/OHS x 3/Squat snatch x 1; build to a tough set
B. OHS - 3 x 3 - 80%; rest 90 sec
C. on the minute - 3 tough TnG clean and jerk; 6 KBS - 2pd for 10 min
D. HandStand Walk 200 m accumulated
RESULTS:
A. 135# (Power Snatch PR!)
B. @ 135#
C. C&J @ 115#, KB @ 70#. Remembered this one from a while ago when I did it for 8 minutes @ 130# so went lighter on C&J and still failed minute 5, 7, 9
I had no more pop left in my legs
D. HSwalks are getting much better. Only did about 100m before my traps were on fire. I can hold a free standing HS for a while no problem and now I am beginning to get from point A to B. no time component.
