Drag something heavy for 1 min
rest 1 min
Man Makers for 1 min - 30/20# per hand
rest 1 min
Sand Bag Cleans - 90/60# for 1 min
rest 2 min
RESULTS:
A. 160#, failed 2nd jerk @ 165# then time expired
+
-Tire Drag (not sure the weight of the tire)
-Man Makers: 8, 7, 7
-Sand bag wrapped in weight vest, 72# total: 15, 10, 11
