6... overall today i felt awful, one of those days I really wasn't feeling it and each part of the work out was a kind of "just get through this", numbers seem ok but i want them to be 225 x 3 for squats and 210 for 2 cleans and i was really thinking id get those today. I had a really unexpected late night last night and didn't really get to eat dinner, and did not get into bed until really late.... I was helping a family friend out in an urgent situation... so I was feeling the effects today. O well, onto tomorrow.
