AM - Snatch intense + Clean intense + Vertical CP (not battery)
A. Snatch, build to a touch n go 2 RM
B. Squat Clean. Front Squat, 1.1 - work to a tough single
C. Press, build to a max
D. 1 tough weighted pronated chin-up @ 20X0 per minute x 15
A. 165#, didn't try anything higher. Missed my second snatch on my first attempt at 165# but got it when I tried again. All sets leading up felt solid, kinda hard not to jump forward on the second snatch when its so heavy
B. 205#
C. 115#, failed 118#...
D. 6 @ 50#, 5 @ 45#, 4 @ 40#

12:11... a 1:10 improvement. Granted this wasn't in 90 degree weather in a rodeo pit. HSPU and toes to bar went much better than I remember them in regionals. The lunges I had to do 3 lengths of 30 feet so I stopped each 30 ft turn around but I think they were faster than at regionals. I remember pacing around a little bit and hunching over near the bar on the lunges at regionals but today I felt like I was moving a bit more consistently 9-- happy with this
