5 sets @ high effort:

15 burpees - no jump @ top
20 wall balls - 14# to 10 ft
25 box jumps - 20"

*took an extra min rest between sets 4 and 5
8--aside from needing an extra rest, i felt pretty good. this is not my type of stuff and i felt like it actually went pretty well

PM - Hill Running
10 minute Run on flat @ high effort
7-- breathing just wasnt great
