A. Front Squat @ 20X1, quickly build to a tough 2
B. Squat Clean. Split Jerk, 3.1 - build to a tough set, drop first 2 cleans from rack, 10 sec rest b/t reps, finish with 1 squat clean and jerk
C. Snatch Pull. Snatch High Pull. Muscle Snatch, 1.1.1 @ 95lbs per min for 5 mins
D. Power Snatch, 1 rep @ 115lb every 30 sec for 5 mins
E. 4 sets AMRAP - full effort:
30 sec Power Snatch @ 95lbs
30 sec Burpees to 6" OH
6-9 min rest
A. 225#...  matches my 1 rep PR
B. 200#
C. Completed
D. completed with ease
E.
