Aug 14th


A. Front Squat @ 40X1, 1 rep @ 90% RM x 6 sets, 2 min
B. Squat Clean Cluster, 1.1 - build to a tough set - not a max
C. 5 sets:
15 strict HSPU
15 Russian KBS - 32kg
2 min b/t
D. Weighted Side Bridge, 30 sec per side x 6 sets per side, 30 sec b/t sides - heavy
A. @203# felt good, kinda tough on the last 2 
B. 183#
C. All sets unbroken 47-48 seconds, felt good
D. w/ 30# DB
My left side could handle a bit more but my right side was so much harder and I barely made it through all the sets @ 30# there. Really uncomfortable in my right shoulder.
