B. High Hang Power Snatch. Above Knee Hang Power Snatch. Below Knee Hang Power Snatch, 1.1.1 @ 95lbs x 6 sets, 1:30min - focus on receiving low BUT bracing quickly to not ride it down.
C. Back Squat @ 40X1, 3 reps @ 80% RM x 6 sets, 3 min
D1. Low Incline Bench DB Press @ 33X1, 4-6 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min (hands parallel throughout)
D2. DB Back Extensions @ 30X3, 4-6 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min - use glutes @ top, avoid excessive lumbar extension
E. L Sit on Rings, 8 sec hold per min for 15 mins
A. 205#, didn't try anything higher. The 205# was tough and kinda zapped my energy

D1. 45#(6) x 2 sets, 50#(4) x 2 sets... I got really light headed after these sets
D2. 15#(6) x 2 sets, 25#(6) x 2 sets... should have gone heavier there I think

10-- first 10 rating. PR day, focus was better than it has been, things felt good. There was a good energy in the gym too which helps. I don't mind working out alone, but I like the company of others who are also doing their own work out. Sometimes it is tough to get going when I am one of the only people in the gym while I work out which has been the case more often than not lately.
