July 5th


A. Front Squat @ 22X1, build to a moderate effort triple
B. Squat Snatch, 1 rep @ 95lbs every 30 sec for 15 total reps
C. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep @ 125lb per min for 10 mins
D. DB Russian Step-ups @ 11X0 - 20", 10/leg x 3 sets, 30 sec b/t legs
E. Standing KB Press @ 16kg/arm, 4-6 reps per min for 10 mins
F. One Arm DB Rows @ 20X0, 50 reps per arm @ 50lb DB x 1 set, 3 min b/t arms - fraction reps as needed
A. 165#
B. completed
C. Completed
D. 45#s x 2 sets/ 50#s x 1 set
E. I am just seeing this now, i totally missed this part
F. Each arm took about 3:10. I did mostly sets of 5 but was down to 4/3 by the end of each arm
