A. Front Squat with Chains, build to a 2 RM
B. Power Snatch Cluster, 1.1.1 @ 95lbs x 6 sets, 1 min
C. Push Jerk. Split Jerk, 1.1 @ 115lb x 6 sets, 1:30 min
D. 1 tough Strict HSPU to Depth every 20 sec for 10 mins - add/decrease depth as needed
E1. Front Rack Barbell Alternating Step-ups to 20" @ 11X0, 12/leg x 3 sets, 1:30 min - start @ 55lbs
E2. One Arm DB Rows @ 20X2, 8-10/arm x 3 sets, 1:30 min - pause with DB on ribs, keep elbow tight to ribs
A. 185# plus 60lb chains
B. completed, felt awesome
C. completed
D. 4 @ 8" then up till the 6 min mark @ 6", finished the rest at 4"
E1. 55#, 60#, 65#... these killed my back for some reason
E2. 35#(10), 40#(10), 40#(9)
