Final Sunday Before Regionals


For time:

Failed the 11th and 15th rep. I put the rings high and my swing was off on the ones I failed. I was hoping to get 3:30. The last rep took me a while to get after the fail, probably 30 sec

I think it was 3 rounds + 22 reps. I need to go back to my notes to double check that though.
