April 24th


Felt a little fatigued in my shoulders today and over all a bit tired.  Today's session was tough.

Power Clean. Split Jerk. BTN Split Jerk, 1.1.1 x 6 sets, 1 min - all sets @ 135lb
Completed, this is mainly where I noticed the shoulder fatigue.

5 Lateral Barbell Burpees

10 C2B Chin-ups
200m Run
3 rds + 10 pull ups + about 20m

15 KBS - 24kg
15 cals AD
2 rds + 11 cals.... this was especially tiring

10 OHS @ 45lbs
