March 2nd


AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 DL @ 135lb
15 Wall Balls - 14# to 10 ft
20 Box Jumps - 20"
*Start @ 85% effort, goal is to have more rounds done in last half
6 rounds + 15 reps

DL felt heavier than 135# broke all sets 5/5 until the final set
Wall Balls were the easiest part and unbroken each set
Box jumps were step down reps, seemed to take a while since it was 20 reps per round but any other combo such as jumping down or bounding gets me breathing too hard.

I never really stopped moving which is a huge accomplishment in itself. I set everything up close to each other and just went from movement to movement. 3 rounds done @ 7:20, so a slightly faster pace for the second half but the 15 "extra" reps on that half were the quicker reps over the box jumps.
