AMRAP in 10 min Ladder:
Power Clean @ 65lbs - 3,6,9,etc.
Lateral Barbell Burpees - 3,6,9,etc.
*Goal is to complete the round of 21 cleans

For time @ 85-90%:
Run 400m
35 KBS - 24kg
Run 400m
35 Wall Balls - 14# to 10 ft
Run 400m
Completed 18 cleans on the set of 21. 144 reps total
Felt pretty good throughout, I may have paced too much but I was afraid to blow up too soon. I had 39 seconds after my set of 18 burpees and I tried to push to get the 21 cleans but I just didn't have the energy/time to do 21 that quick at the end. Although these types of work outs are probably my least favorite thing to do in training, I am glad I am getting the practice/exposure.

Felt a little tired on the KBS but then everything seemed to go uphill from there.
KBS 20/8/7 and wall balls unbroken pretty easily. Wall balls are a movement I just do well with.
