3 sets @ 90%:
20 Chin-ups
30 Walking Lunges @ 45lb on back
20 GH Sit-ups
30 Box Jump Overs - 24" - land on top, no rebounding
20 OHS @ 45lb
Rest same as work time

Round 1 felt great. Everything was unbroken without hitting too much fatigue until the OHS which were still unbroken but a little shaky/slower by the end. 
Round 2 and 3; I had to take 2 pauses on each set of GHDs (unbroken would have put me at more than 90% effort) and the box jumps seemed to take forever. I never really stopped moving on the box jumps but I couldn't seem to speed it up. 
Pull ups; Felt really good each round, unbroken and easy
Lunges; Time wise was about the same per round, they weren't too hard on set 1 or 2, a little bit more burn in set 3.
GHDs: Easiest on round 1, then needed to take breaks on sets 2 and 3 
Box jump overs; Always landed on the box and stepped down on each side. Felt good the first round, round 2 and 3 seemed really slow
OHS; all unbroken but no rounds were done easily. Body was fatigued by this time but breathing held up fine.
