Dec 21st


Friday 
AM - CP Stamina - varied
10 rounds for time:
1 DL @ 250lb
3 unbroken Muscle-ups
5 unbroken strict HSPU
15:25
DL felt solid
MU's were the toughest part to ensure I could get 3 unbroken. The first 5 rounds I went straight into them with about a 10 second transition from the DL to MUs, but towards the end I found myself standing there for maybe 30 seconds or more before I started the set. 
HSPU were manageable but harder than I thought they would be.
Unbroken Muscle Ups were the limiting factor here
PM - MAP Rowing
10 x 45 sec Row @ 90%+/90 sec complete rest on Rower - damper 5
First 7 Rows about 1:41 to 1:42 pace which was about 220 to 223m
Last 3 Rows were closer to 1:44 which was about 215m

I felt really good yesterday, then woke up today not feeling good at all. I am definitely getting sick, coming down with a cold or something, lots of congestion already. Woke up with a far too familiar feel of getting sick, so I took some Beyond Tangy Tangerine vitamin mix (great stuff), ate a banana, then I started to feel a little better (I usually do once I start moving around and going about my day). I did the first work out and felt decent. Then, I went home and I ended up taking a nap, then eating some lunch. I hesitated to do the second work out but I would probably feel worse had I not done it because it would hang over my head. I don't like feeling like I am getting behind, although pushing it when I am getting sick may not be my smartest idea. Hopefully this is something that passes quickly, it was only a matter of time till I caught some type of cold going around.
