HRV today: 91 green
Weekly Change -1
Thinking the lower HRV level is from poor sleep. Hopefully I sleep well tonight and have a higher HRV level tomorrow to reflect this. 

Tuesday - MAP Low %'s - high volume
10 minutes @ 75%:
1 Muscle-up
Run 100m
13 rd + 50m
All MU's were non false grip and they felt great, although it was only 1 rep at a time. Just makes much more sense to do the non false grip since it is a much faster way to get on the rings. Curious how the non false grip would feel with more reps in a set.

Row 200m
8 rd + 100m
HSPU very quick and easy

10 GH Sit-ups
10 Back Extensions
60 sec Airdyne
5 rd + 4 GH sit ups

Run 100m
10ft Handstand Walk
11 rd + 10ft hsw
handstand walks continued to go well!

10 minutes @ 75%:
Row 200m
5/arm Turkish Get-ups @ 25lb DB - fast consistent movement
3 rd
really not good with tgu's, weird movement to struggle with, i was pretty fatigued by this time (shoulders) and the 25# felt more like 35# :/

    How are you finding that HRV Monitor? On that amber day did it feel different?
